📦 Return & Refund Policy – Decoparty
At Decoparty, we want you to be happy with your purchase. To protect our customers and ensure product integrity, the following conditions apply to balloon products and party consumables.
Return window
You may return items within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Change-of-mind returns

Accepted only if the pack is unopened, sealed, and in resaleable condition.

Opened, inflated, or partially used packs cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or damaged items (manufacturing defect)
If you believe an item is faulty, please follow this process before inflating the full pack:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@decoparty.co.uk with your order number.

Provide clear photos and/or a short video showing:

The sealed pack and batch/lot number (if visible).

The item before inflation and any visible defect (e.g., seam split, pinhole).

If testing: inflate no more than 1–2 balloons using a hand pump (not mouth inflation), showing the defect during inflation.

Keep any defective items for inspection until we confirm the outcome.
Important notes

Natural latex balloons may show minor colour variation or oxidation; this is not considered a defect.

Damage caused by over-inflation, misuse, sharp objects, heat/sun exposure, or incompatible gas/equipment is not covered.

Foil balloons should be tested with a hand pump to avoid over-inflation.
Outcome & costs

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund and cover return shipping (if a return is required).

If no defect is found, the return will only be accepted if the pack is unopened and sealed, with the customer covering return postage.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return eligible items and place a new order.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
How to start a return
Email support@decoparty.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label.
